I used to operate out of a place of fear, comparison, and overwhelm. I now move from a place of empowerment, balance, and self love. The journey wasn’t always easy, but it was so worth it to arrive here.

MY WHY

I've always been deeply passionate about health and wellness,  but I also understand how overwhelming it can be to navigate the endless information and feel stuck in cycles of restriction, confusion, and negative self talk. The biggest shift came when I embraced a holistic approach that focused shifting my mindset, my relationship to myself and created personalized routines and habits that actually worked for me. I started SCW to help empower others achieve their wellness goals and dreams so that they too can feel like the best, healthiest version of themselves. I am here to support you on your journey. You deserve to feel your best, and I can help you get there.

I ALTERED MY LIFE TO FEEL MORE ABUNDANT AND BALANCED AND I BELIEVE IN HELPING OTHERS TO ACHIEVE THIS SAME FREEDOM.

Between 2010-2018, I was feeling mis-aligned, overwhelmed, struggling with anxiety, and stuck in a pattern of restriction and low self-worth. I was holding onto stress and was so hard on myself. I was having a hard time sticking to wellness habits that I knew would help me feel better. This struggle lasted for years and I felt alone.
In 2022, as I was changing my mindset and focusing on self growth, I also started to shift my habits. I was making small changes that compounded into big results. I was starting to operate from a place of self love instead of fear. 
In 2021, I knew something had to change. And that it wasn't just the next trend that would finally fix me. I had to go internal and start to focus on my inner world. 
Today, I'm more aligned than ever. It's never perfect, but the change in perspective had to begin inside and work its way out. I've finally been able to find a balance that works for me so that I can truly enjoy all aspects of my life, while feeling healthier than ever - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

I help driven individuals stuck in overwhelm achieve clarity, confidence, and inner peace by addressing the mind, body, and emotional well-being simultaneously.
