BREATHWORK HELPS US TAP INTO THE SUBCONSCIOUS

Breathwork is an ancient tool and self healing practice. An active, guided breathwork allows you to enter into the depths of the subconscious, release stuck energy, stored trauma or emotions that are keeping you stuck in old patterns and holding you back.  

It's a bottom-up approach, working with the body's innate wisdom to heal and transform; fostering personal growth, physical and emotional healing, and a heightened sense of mental clarity and well-being, allowing you to truly step into your power.

The founder of Sam Ciccone Wellness, a certified Holistic Health Coach + Somatic Breathwork Facilitator. 




I found somatic breathwork on my own self growth journey. After learning that mindset work alone wasn't enough, I was looking for a tool to go deeper into my own emotions, body and subconscious. Breathwork was the tool that truly allowed me to do that. It was the form of active meditation that I was looking for all along, getting me into an altered state of consciousness and truly allowing me to let go of my conscious mind for deep relaxation, healing and new insights. 

I came out of a breathwork journey, knowing that I wanted to learn how to  facilitate breathwork. After 4 months of learning and training, I'm so excited to offer the same growth and healing that I've experienced to others.

WHATS INCLUDED IN A SESSION

We'll set aside 90 min together (virtual or in person). Somatic Breathwork is guided with a curated musical score. Participants lie down, close their eyes and breathe using various techniques, free from distractions. Together, we'll:
  • Set a personalized intention and mantra  to enter the breathwork with direction, clarity and purpose
  • Do a grounding meditation before and after the active breathing
  • Experience fully guided active healing breathwork
  • Have a post-breath integration discussion
